Friday, December 27, 2024. Entries after the deadline are subject to a $15 per athlete late fee.
••••• REFUND POLICY •••••
100% refunds will be given for scratches submitted in MeetMaker up until January 17, 2025. For injury, refunds will be given if a doctors note is submitted up until the 1st day of competition. Please send the doctor's note to competitions360sports@outlook.com. Refunds will be issued by check to the entity and address that is in MeetMaker.

Coaches MUST bring athletes AAU cards to the meet. AAU Youth Athlete Membership Must be obtained before the competition. Be Prepared: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.

Please make sure all coaches attending the meet are entered into the meet via the USA Gymnastics reservation system prior to arriving so that all coaches will be verified. If they are not, please send us their names and USAG # and we will get them entered. If coaches are not in the system it will take extra time at check-in. If coaches are not pre-registered they will be required to present their USAG Membership card as it must be scanned prior to them being allowed on the floor.

Coach w/o current NGA membership is NOT allowed on competition floor during event, no exceptions. Coach members must show proof of membership at any time during event.

Food & Beverage:
There is no outside Food or Beverage, including Water allowed in the venue. The ONLY exception is gymnasts may bring (1) Water Bottle or Refillable Water Bottle. This is a Convention Center rule for all events held. Bags are subject to be searched by venue security at entrance.
Drinking Fountains and Concessions are available.

Scoring by ProScore will be posted in real time and will be accessible through myusagym.com and meetscoresonline.com.
The myusagym app is free and is currently available in Apple’s App Store. For those whose devices do not use the iOS platform, the live results are also available at myusagym.com, which can be accessed from any device.

Custom Medals will be given for 50% (50%+1 for AAU) Individual Events and 100% in the All-Around.
Team banners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, suitable for hanging in your facility will be awarded each session to ALL teams with 3 or more athletes per level that enter the team competition.
